Art success!

A huge congratulations to all our art students who had their work shortlisted for this year's John Downton Awards, which recently took place at County Hall, Maidstone.

We are thrilled to announce that Pasindi (Year 12), won the Gold Award for the 11-16 category and Alba (Year 13), won the Painting award for the 17-18 category.

The John Downton Award for Young Artists is an annual exhibition which encourages and celebrates the creativity of Kent's young artists. It is open to students aged 11 to 18 from schools and colleges across Kent. The exhibition commemorates the life and work of John Downton, the celebrated Kent artist, poet and philosopher.
