Celebrating Success

On Tuesday 18th April, four students in Year 12 took part in a prestigious online conference, hosted by The Royal Society. Imogen, Jess, Rosa and Ben spoke about their current research project, funded by the society. Their central question is ‘can we influence drivers to change their behaviour in order to improve air quality?’

The students did a fantastic job of outlining their aims, hypotheses, research method and the results they expect to find. They also faced challenging questions from a panel of reputable scientists from across the UK and the students were praised for their knowledge, understanding, maturity and enthusiasm for their project.

The students should feel extremely proud of their achievements and I would like to thank them for representing the school so well.
